All I wanted to do is transfer money in there for our wedding so I can earn some interest until the actual wedding…haven’t been able to do that since February. Then I reach out and they tell me that they are working on stuff not sure how that is the customers problem but I digress. Ever since I got the app it’s been given me nothing but issues: my bank account randomly disconnects and they don’t tell me, I initiate transfer and money doesn’t move and they don’t tell me, bank account reconnection and verification takes days and they don’t tell you if it failed you just have to figure it out yourself, and on top of that even if you want to monitor the accounts you get false information because the app shows your account is connected and when you go to transfer again the app doesn’t allow you to because your “bank is not connected”. I get it, high interest rate and it’s good savings blah blah…but Jesus Christ. ![]()
